Looking for new Earbuds

Its been awhile since I have posted on here, I havent been in the market for new gear since 2010 when I got my Grados and my Sennheiser earbuds.

Up until December I used my Sennheiser MX70s as my portable buds' but they have been broken since the second week of December and I have been going without portable audio for a while (wasn't too bad as I had winter break for a month). I am looking for some new earbuds.

I was able to get the MX70s for 12 bucks new on ebay back in 2010 and I would like something in the same price range that sounds similar, I'm not super picky about earbud sound quality as I understand that its very hard to find good sounding earbud's because its hard to make small good sounding drivers. I mostly listen to my iPod on the go walking to classes or in car rides so I'm not super crazy about earbud sound I just want thhe same sound that I had in my MX70s for around 15-20 bucks.

Any recommendations?

Get the Sennheiser MX580. it is around $25 and sounds great. While the MX470 might be under $20, for an additional $5 or so you get much better sound quality. There aren't many decent new earbuds as the attention has moved from earbuds to in the ear canal earphones(IEMs). IEMs tend to give better bass than earbuds, and they block noise(some better than others). I still like using earbuds, but also use IEMs.

Are those similar to the MX70s? Because the MX70s were sport buds and they were waterproof from sweat, I forgot thats also important.

I found some brand new MX70s on ebay for 16 bucks, I think I might get them again, cause my cash flow is rather tight at the moment and I do most of my listening at my desk with my Grados. Thanks for your help and insight!
