RockBox question

Okay, so I have a 5th gen iPod classic (video) that I have RockBoxed, however I have noticed a flaw, hopefully there is a workaround. I have all my files in folders but I always shuffle all songs, is there a way to do this with RockBox?

Are all these folders within a single 'Music' folder or something?

I haven't used rockbox in a while, but if i recall correctly:

 

Select your music folder that holds all of your music, but press and hold down until a menu shows up.

From there, it was something like 'add folder to playlist' or something.

 

Sorry for being so vague, but you get the idea. Look around in that menu and you should find what you want.

I have rockbox on an iRiver and the interfaces may differ, but can't you go -> Database ->Tracks? Hit play for any track there, then go to Playback settings and set to Shuffle.

I'll have to check when I get home but I don't remember seeing the option for tracks, I'll check both options, thanks guys.

That was it, I didn't set up the database, it is setup and I can shuffle all my songs now, thanks again.
