It's listed here, on the Logitech (China) website.

I bought mine from Amazon also.  Late last year, the left size all sudden had low volume.  I changed cable and the issue remained the same.   I called up the Logitec and troubleshot the issue over the phone.  They said, they are going to replace it.  They emailed me the fedex label, I shipped it back.  They shipped me back the brand new retail box.  The whole process took less then two weeks.  I am very happy with the service.  If your is still under warranty, you should call them.  Good luck on yours :)

Something else to consider is that Balanced Armatures are susceptible to moisture vapour from the ears. You should definitely try using a desiccant hearing aid dryer. It might be your solution.

Hi,

I bought my UE triplefi 10 from amazon last month and also have similar issue. my right driver is softer than my left driver. I understand that you called up logitech for support and gotten an exchange.

Can you share with me the no. to call, and the details of getting an exchange?

Is it a common issue for Balanced Armatures? since it's only a month past, I can monitor for a while if there's a solution.

Cheers.

The number should be available at their website.  There isn't much detail, the CS helped me troubleshoot the issue over the phone.  I also told them that I tried different cable with the same result.  They asked when did I purchase? to determine if the product is still warranty.  Where did I purchase?  I told them Amazon.  They decided my set is probably defected.  I went through the exchange process.  They will ask you to return the unit with a copy of Amazon reciept which you can obtain.  They also sent me the FedEx return label via email.  That was it.
