If you're sure that one side if defective, you should be able to claim it under warranty by either contacting Amazon or UE.

What's an RMA?
You should still be able to claim warranty from them, as long as you have the receipt. (:

I had a set break swapping the cable. I spoke with Logitech with the online chat. I bought them off someone here, Logitech was still going to warranty them. He asked for a code on the 3.5mm plug, I gave it to him and said they were under warranty and I could send them in for a new set. I ended up getting them swapped with the person I bought them from here, so I didnt have to go through them.

Now we have the bad news. Since Logitech doesnt have them in stock, there is kinda no way they could of sent me a new set. The rep said I would get an email in a couple days letting me know when they would have them in. that email never came. The set I got replaced from the guy I bought them from doesnt have any code, batch number etc on the cable. No big deal as long as I dont have to try and replace them. So, you can try speaking with Logitech with an online chat, but with them not having stock, its a pretty bad deal for the customers.

The problem is that the TF10s are pretty much discontinued from Logitech/UE. I don't think a replacement for it has been announced for it yet.

I dont believe they have been formally announced as discontinued. Even if they did, they should be able to continue to support the product by repairing ones that can be put back into stock.

Not formally I don't think either but it's been removed from UE and Logitech's website so :S. They'd probably be able to repair it though (or do they replace broken ones).
