searching for a new gear for my ipod (150$-200$)

i listen to country, 50-80 rock, blues, folk and classic music

 

i am searching for an open headgear with a surround (or a more open sound) and warm sound

i'm not a bass head so no extra booming will be appreciated

He meant Phonak IEMs with Black filters, like the PFE 012, 022, 112 and 232

LOL, this response made my day :p  Sorry I can't recommend anything to you though since I haven't heard too many on/over ears.  I wish you luck in your search though.  Hopefully another nice head-fier can help you out.
