Need help buying a new portable rig!

Hello again!  I have decided to finally get a decent portable rig and will have a 400$ - 500$ budget for the WHOLE setup.  I listen to electronic, trance, house, and progressive.  Any headphone that is a bit bass heavy would be good, but the bass must be very tight and controlled with good impact and richness.  I have been looking at buying a FiiO e5 or e7.  Any other suggestions would be appreciated as far as amp/DAC combos go.  As far as headphones are concerned, I would also enjoy something open and VERY comfortable.  I appreciate any help given!
