Hi, sorry if this question has been asked thousand times but I really need advice as I am noob.

 

I owned a marantz cd6004 cd player + wa6se + hd-800. I am pretty happy of it and thinking if a dedicated dac will even improve my rig further. My budget of dac is 2k (but doesn't mean I want to spend that much). The reason I want to put more budget on dac because I am not going to upgrade my dac in near future eventhough I may change my phone or amp. I prefer neutral sound.

 

Hope to hear advices from hd-800 owners.
