help to chose......hk soundsticks vs bose acoustimass 3 series 4

i am planning to buy a 2.1 and for my budget i got zeroed in the hk soundsticks 3 and the bose am3 series 4. I haven't heard any of them but going by the repo of both, i got confused as to buy which one. Please help me to chose between the two. any help will be appreciated

The Bose system cannot connect to a computer; it requires an amplifier and is designed to be part of a hi-fi or home theater system. You could ostensibly use the setup at your computer, but again, it needs an amplifier. I believe they suggest something around 100wpc. 

 

The Harman system will work with your computer, and isn't a bad choice. It will cost a lot less than the Bose system + amplifier, so it would get a nod in my opinion.

Look at the edifier 2.1 sets the s330d , ms3300 should be much better than the sound sticks .

 

Or a 2.0 set-up active speakers or 2 bookshelfs and an amp, will be much better than the sound sticks aswell.
