Looking for over ear 'phones, good looks, good bass, $120 price cap.

So I'm a complete nooblet, and I'm looking for a decent pair of 'phones that aren't too large in size (but not on-ear) so they're somewhat portable and not too unusual to look at (taking the Audio Technica ATH-ES7 as an example) with good bass and decent overall sound quality with a price cap of around $120 ( but I can stretch to about 140 if it's worth it). Durability is something that I'd love and possibly sound isolating.
Thanks

Audio Technica ATH-M50  some bass emphasis, built like small tank

M-Audio Studiophile Q40  prominent bass

Sony ZX700   more balanced sound signature

As far as looks...can't tell about taste, so no way of predicting your reaction to any of these.

Vmoda LP2 or crossfade LPs might suit you. Their sound might not be up to audiophile standards but they do have a ton of bass and look stylish. Build quality is great also.

Crossfades LP's where my original decision, but there were frequent cracking problems and I was told that V-Moda was just another brand like Skullcandy or Beats, so that's what got me away from them.
I was looking at the M50's but I was wondering if they'd be too large to carry around with me. Should I just go for some supra aurals then?
If so which would you recommend?

Vmoda might have been a fashion brand like skullcandy, but they certainly arent anymore. If you're looking at the m50's, then I would suggest the ultrasone 580's instead. Many seem to prefer it over the M50's and they're currently cheaper at the moment. I think its just within your budget: http://www.head-fi.org/t/505970/the-deals-thread/1965#post_8093993

Second the M-Audio Q40 recommendation. Some of the best performing cans bass wise for (semi)portable phones.

I've decided to go find some supra aurals instead,
If I ever to change my mind to full size again then I'd go with the HFI-580's
Thanks for the suggestions

+1, HFi580 for punchy bass without sacrificing all the frequency range, good isolation and relatively small form factor for an circum aural headphone.
