Has anyone tried Matrix M Stage or Hifiman EF-5 with HD 598's?

I was curious how either the Matrix M Stage or Hifiman EF-5 affected the HD 598's sound? Does anyone have either of these combos?

I have an M-Stage that I use to power my HD598s, but I don't have any other amps to compare it to. :\

 

 Still, I think they sound pretty dang good though the Matrix M-Stage.

I don't have the 598s or the matrix but i do have the EF-5. It drives anything i throw at it...dt990/600, k702, grados, etc.
