Closed, Portable headphones around $50?

I am looking for some closed, portable headphones that must fold to be able to fit into a pocket for around $50. If it could fold as much as the PX200's that would be great, but not 100% necessary. I mainly listen to metal and I prefer ordering online (I live in the US).

Currently the only thing I can find is this so I would like some more recommendations if possible: http://www.amazon.com/AKG-430-Foldable-Mini-Headphone/dp/B0028N78BG/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1327538391&sr=1-1

The K430 is probably the best for the price, also a consideration should be the Meelec HT-21

Well the HT-21 is like half the price of the K430. Do they sound similar even though there is a huge price gap?

I won't be able to comment as it would have to be from memory, my HT-21 was listened to primarily by my daughter and a bird got to them and made little work of the wire, and the K430's were "misplaced" by the same young lady.
