ATH-M50, ATH-WS70 or Ultrasone HIFI-580

I mainly listen to vocaloid music and metal I also want bass you could FEEL but not anything muddy and from what i heard these headphones will do the job. If you have any other headphone suggestions please tell.

Welcome to HF! 

The ultrasones are fast, with puncy bass. A good headphone for fast paced music Imo.

I have the 580s and I use them all the time with vocaloid music. They're great for that purpose.

I received my M50s just yesterday and WOW. They are really good. Music has a much bolder sensation. This is coming from my previous AD700's. Huge difference in sound. Highly recommend the M50.

Technically the M50 seems better but i prefer much more the HFi580 fun sounding. More aggressive and forward sound, more punchy bass...The HFi580 is just for fun purpose.

Buying the ultrasone Hfi-580 for vocaloid music and metal. This a good ideal?

I WAS THINKING OF BUYING THE HFI-580 BUT I ALSO HAVE MONEY FOR THE HFI-780 I WANTED HEADPHONES WITH A PUNCHY SO I WANNA MAKE THE BEST CHOICE FOR UNDER $200 SO IF YOU CAN I WOULD LIKE SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

I believe HFI-580 has slightly more punchy bass comparing graphs at least while HFI-780 excels in midrange so it's down to preference then.

 

I also listen to a lot of vocaloid music and I'm using M-Audio Q40 and these are also fantastic with this genre with a very punchy bass but neutral and detailed mids and highs. Bass response quality is excellent in these headphones for $115.

 

I recently uploaded these vids to youtube using a custom dolby headphone config to enhance the soundstage:
