i never used the hd 25s but instead used the amperiors which has a similar wearing comfort (the only supposed difference in terms of what your "feeling") between the amperiors and the hds25 is really the earpads and the headband cushion.
 
However i did own the xs and m100s!
 
So i hope my insight can be of some use to you,
 
that aside, for your purposes, i think the m100 would be sort of a middle ground in terms of isolation between the xs (which i would say is below avg), where as the m100 i would say is "just" passable for commuting, and the hd25/amperiors (which i find to be quite excellent, despite being an "on ear headphone"
 
however if your afraid of a tight clamp i would again say the m100 would be in the middle.
 
in terms of leakage-
 
the hd25/amperiors would easily outpace both vmoda headphones (as the earcups have a completely sealed design) and between the m100s and the xs i would say its a bit of a draw (this is one category i'm not entirely sure about)
 
hd25/amps (tightest clamp)-----------m100 (tight but more comfortable because the pads are resting around your ears (you may need the xl pads)-----------xs (which i found somewhat loose (wouldn't recommend the xs for moderate or vigorous activities (even leaning my head back a bit would shuffle the xs a bit more than id like)

for the xs i would say leakage occurs more evidently  about 60-70% in a quiet room? if we are being general here

I really don't know right now, ahaha...Really stuck in a dilemma that I don't really need to be in. Another thing...and it might be a stupid one, but which headphone is more prone to leaving headphone hair? That's probably the one reason why I haven't really opted to using headphones in public (although I want to start). It always leaves weird indents on my head.. (yeah, it's stupid, I know, haha)

for me anyway (this was before losing 25 lbs) the m100s hit my chin (or probably double chin at the time).
 
which i found a bit annoying (i would have to extended the earcups to the maximum setting for it to be tolerable
 
 
in terms of "headphone hair" the most of the bunch i would say is the hd25s/amperiors (at least depending on how broad your going to set the split headband).  i have about 2-3 inches gap between the split headband and it does "smush" my hair in some form or another
 
the xs would probably be your best bet in that regard, as it won't clamp down nearly as hard

Unless the room you're in is super quiet, you'll need to turn them up uncomfortably loud for them to really leak. I'm usually around 40-60% on my Galaxy S3>Viper4Android>2x slight gain and I've never had a problem.

Thanks heaps for those responses, guys! Exactly what I was after, and in a bit more depth, so that's much appreciated! 
 
The headphone hair sounds more desirable with the XS right now, since it leaves a smaller footprint as opposed to the other two. I remember when owning the M100's, they loved to leave these two patches around my ears and one long wide strip across my hair every time I used them for more than an hour or so. (That's because I have spiky, thick hair (I don't style it whatsoever, it just grows wildly))
 
It's just a shame that I have read quite a few times now (this being like the fourth or fifth), that the XS don't exactly stay on ones head as they would prefer. I was hoping to all-rounder these headphones for working out, being stationary and what not, and the fact that they have been claimed to "slip" off as appealing, and seems like a not-so-great trade-off... Going back to the Meelectronics Atlas I spoke about earlier, every time I use them whilst working out and what not and go to sit up, they tend to just slip off and fall smack-bang on the ground. Not a fan of that, but I guess neither is anyone. 
 
In terms of isolation/sound leakage, how you guys put it, it doesn't seem so bad to me. With around 50-60% volume without leakage to the exterior quiet environment seems rather appealing to me, as when in quiet environments (usually a library for me) I won't tend to have my music up loud, as for most parts, I'd be trying to study with a bit of background music going on. Again, this volume range should be appropriate for me on the train since I prefer not to have my music up too loud on the train (even with insane isolation) as I like to be still aware of what's going on in my surroundings. 
 
 
So to summarise, I'm leaning towards the XS as my potential all-rounder headphone, but I guess the only thing that is holding me back from pulling the trigger is that it has too loose of a clamping force (can this be fixed by bending the headphones?).

I highly suggest you consider the Beyerdynamic T51i.  After owning the M-100 for almost a couple years it had become my all-time favorite headphone, but still lacked a little clarity that I was looking for.  After trying the T51i, I immediately found the sound that I had been wishing for in the M-100's.  Clarity and detail surpasses the M-100, bass extension is very comparable with a little less bloat (T51i has more punch, but still extends low), and the mids are a tad bit more forward with the T51i.  I've also owned the XS, but found they fit too loose on my head and the bass doesn't extend as low as the M-100 or T51i and not near as clear and detailed as the T51i.  The T51i has perfect clamping force I can easily wear them for several hours straight.  They also isolate very well for an on-ear.  When I first got them and wore them in my office at work, someone stopped by to talk; I thought I could simply mute my music and hear them.  That wasn't the case I quickly found that I literally have to take them off the hear someone conversing with me while standing at my office door.

EDIT: What's the headphone hair like for the T51i?

With the T51i being on-ear you should not have any 'headphone hair' around the ears. I cut my hair fairly short, but I did notice an indention in my hair on top of my head when wearing the M-100 for a few hours straight. I have not noticed this with the T51i, so I am assuming the split headband design may help prevent the 'headphone hair'. I used to own the XS and feel that the T51i fit and sound far exceeds the XS, IMO.

The left driver of my m100 rattles i thought just the song but when i tested it on some test tones on audiocheck.net indeed it rattles. Anyone knew how much it cost if i send it to Vmoda for repair? TIA

Nope.

Wow, these sound just as great with Apple Music as they did with Tidal. (Spotify, not so much, but even at 320kbps their compression is crap.) Always difficult to take these off. When they become uncomfortable I don't wait too long to put them back on. That's a true testament to the sound quality.

Are these headphones comfortable? my ears are larger than average ( approx. 7cm or 2.75 inches long ). I know that I should get the XL memory cushions but will my ears fit inside the pads?

They won't be the most comfortable, no. These aren't the most comfortable headphones in general. If you want comfort and portability with larger ears, I'd stick to single flange IEMs.
