I fully agree with that comment after testing the M50 from a coworker. It just sounded wait to light on bass and lean so all the comments from that link is how I feel they compare as well.

It's some part in the right cup that must be loose. That's a little detail, but it's really annoying when you want a perfect sound and hear this.

Anyone have this problem too? Should I return the unit to receive another one, or do they all make that sound?

Thanks a lot for your opinion.

I had that problem with my M-100 when I first got it. For me it was dust inside the locating lugs just like Zorrofox said. I didn't use any lubricants, though. I just popped my M-100 off the yoke and blew/wiped away the dust that had accumulated inside and the creak was gone. Don't be afraid to pop your ear cups out. They're designed to do that. Just be careful not to scratch them on the yokes.

Besides the sales person kept pushing me towards the Monster ones  instead which indeed sounded better under that display but luckily because the M-100 had one channel that kept going out she decided to open  the display to let me connect to it directly and a BIG difference there. Then I connected it to my E18 and that sold it for me.

Maybe they get some comission selling monster stuff. I recall from being a manager at RadioShack before that they provided such incentives in the past.

I remember that Best Buy and Monster got in trouble a few years back for doing something similar with TV displays. They had two HDTVs side by side, one supposedly using Monster's expensive HDMI cables ($70+?) and the other using a cheaper HDMI cable and there was a noticeable drop in picture quality with the non-Monster TV. Turns out the other TV wasn't using an HDMI cable at all. Oh, Monster...

Now that's 3 people who had the same experience.

You might, oh, I don't know, come up with something original?
Just saying....

OK.Original....

That was my previous logo:

Created with GIMP

But honestly...I don't like it...

I think the A and V from Avicii

as a N is OK.

Do you have more ideas?

Yes, that's a good idea,

but my logo won't be unique

if I take a font from dafont,

will it?

Most logos aren't truly unique.

You can end up finding most fonts from any companies/band logos online, surprisingly a lot come from Dafont.

Maybe try working something in photoshop if you want something unique.

I'll try maybe.

BUT: Is my actual logo SO bad?

Do you think that I can keep this logo?

It's hardly what you'd describe as unique if you're using someone else's bloody initials, is it? Jeez. Live your own life man. Living vicariously through others is not good dude! What's wrong with "Neth" anyway? Maybe Avicii hates his name and it's only his marketing agent that insists on it.

No, I don't really know who Avicii is. I'm old.

"What's wrong with "Neth" anyway?", what do you mean with that?
