They run $299 MSRP.

FWIW - The M100's are very efficient for full size headphones so it doesnt take a ton of power to drive them (unlike planar magnetic headphones). Given that, the cleaner the amp is the better. I wasnt happy with The National and my Mad Dogs because they didnt have enough power for them, but it was flat out awesome with my M100's.

The National has the same 20 Vp-p value as the O2 and people say the O2 + Mad Dog sounds just fine. I don't think the issue is the power per se. But yeah, the M-100 is efficient enough to be fine without an external amp.

I said it once but is worth saying again... the M-100 cheaper than the LP2 in Amazon Spain. Below 200 euros, if anyone interested...

I just received mine from Amazon Spain. €205 with shipping.

Yea this is insane compared to £270 GBP or 320 EUR... I guess I might have to give M100 a try, amazon is very easy to return items to with no questions asked, I just wonder if they will accept a "cut" ribbon band that's on the packaging if that would be the case.

Even though I don't own an iPhone 5, I just got a taste of Scuffgate. These puppies just arrived from Amazon.es and having taken them out of the carrying case I noticed the paint was chipped on one of the support arms. Needless to say my excitement was somewhat diminished and the MIL-STD-810 standard was nowhere to be found. I'm returning them tomorrow.

Exchange or refund?  I have a feeling that it may have been a returned unit.

They don't do exchange so I'm going to get a refund and buy another pair.

Thanks, and remember this conversation we had about daisy-chaining the 2 cables to make one long one? Well, it works.

Well that's interesting.  I guess I was thinking the wrong way assuming the middle plug was pluged in.  Now we have one less reason to buy a straight 12 foot cable.
