Upon reading that, I automatically thought of babies suffocating when they sleep face-down.

I read that Revolver will be bone-conducting, so it will be easier to wear while sleeping in any position.  It will also have the bass of a TH-900, the mids of an Audeze LC-3 and the highs of a Grado PS1000.  Additionally, there will still be hundreds of Head-fiers that find something wrong with them atsmile.gif

I feel the bass impact but not nearly as much compared to the lp, is that how they are? On the other hand with my cmoy amp, the bass comes out twice as much compared to my htc evo 3d

I noticed more bass unamped. The bass is nice and clean amped tho.

What material is the top of the "Shadow" colour? I might choose Matte black instead if the fabric or whatever isn't that good..

Could be that the bass is "fatter" instead of tight and appears as "more."

Can anyone check how's the bass impact on the M100 with this song? It was pretty good with the M80. Fairly strong with my modded RP-HTX7. So I guess it will be much much better on the M100. Wish the song was in HD but it only goes up to 480p. :(

Got 320 of this, it's very nicely done@bass impact, strong and tight. The parts where dre is whispering 'murderer!' during the 2nd verse really stand out.

Using Spotify to get the 320kbps version.

The bass is there, but its not strong per say. It certainly stands out. My M-100 is modded though to provide a more balanced sound.

It does sound good! Doesn't sound bad at all!

It doesn't shake my head, and so the bass isn't as low as many songs I've heard, but the impact is there.

Thing with the M-100 bass is, its very controlled and detailed. On some headphones, the bass on this song would probably sound very deep and bloated (as I'm guessing the Beats would do), but with the M-100's it is so controlled, that it doesn't fill the entire spectrum.

If you want to test a song with bass, a lot more songs go deeper.

Angel by Massive Attack for example goes a lot lower in its bass.

The start notes are stronger, and then you get an even lower bass line that comes with the drums seconds after.

Now, that sounds strong. The sound stage on both songs sound good.

I agree about that Murderer line. It goes to the left/right more than the vocals upfront with a robotic type sound.

You simply notice a lot more subtle nuances with the M-100's you'd probably struggle to hear with other portable sets.

So currently im using the FiioE07k with my M100's (strictly a stay at home headphone for me) and really like what the way everything sounds BUT I was curious to see if anyone knows what the FiioE9/E07k combo sounds like? not just on the M100's but generally, what type of improvements (if any) would this setup bring?
