I advise anyone to listen to the tester tracks, the old and the new ones listed at the top of the comments.
I don't particularly like the mix on Crystal Castles, but thats the song, not the headphone.
So much detail popping out of these.
William Orbit can be added to my list of artists
Indeed, as I said initially.
Hi mate,
I have the Pro 80 Ohm version of the DT770
A couple of others was asking so I did a bit of a comparrison...Im awful at reviews so its just a few songs i listened to on both and wrote what I thought of each song down

I do prefer the sound of the M100 by quite a bit...and when you factor in the portability and look of them the price difference is easily worth it for me!
And the comfort on the M100 has improved loads since i first got them, i struggled to keep them on for an hour but now I can wear them for hours!
How do you think they match up?
Hello. today i got mine m100 and after 5 songs left channel stop playing. does this happened already to someone??? thanks
It is realy disappointing for me i though v-moda are quality headphones :(
Really?...
It seems someone else had a problem like this. Have you took out the cable, and re-inserted it?
Also, try the other sound cable that comes with the unit.
I personally bought the audio only cable, so I don't use the others.
I tryied both cables and also another outputs from pc etc... and also both imputs on headphones but always only right speaker works :( it happened out of nowhere when i was wearing them.
Ah damn Radament, I'm sorry :(
I suggest contacting them. They may even send out a new pair without you needing to send back the others straight away.
They want defective units I believe to do some Q&A.
The quality control is very good, but it's no surprise with any product you get some defectives that pass through the gate, that may look fine from looking.

Yea but why me? :( I live in the Europe it will take a long time for sure ...... I sent a e-mail on support@v-moda.com and will see.....
I hope you get a fast response.
I live in Europe too. I would have had the same reaction as you.
They may send it out with faster shipping. You never know. Tell us when you get a response.
Don't give them a miss though. They are far better than what you heard, 5 tracks in. When you get another pair, give them a few weeks if you are unsure on the balancing.
My first pair arrived with the left channel DOA. Contacted v-moda and they had a new set shipped within a day or two with a shipping label to send the devective set back. Got the new pair New Year's Eve and have been really enyoying them ever since. Stuff happens and their service is great.

Thats sounds really great, are you living outside of US? Because i paid Tax here for mine m100 around 80 dollars. And i am not sure if i have to pay it again... :( Thanks.
I know V-Moda has recently opened a European office. That would be nice if they started shipping from there to you guys across the pond.
Did you order it from the V-Moda website or Amazon?
I feel like, from your picture, that my shadow m100s have shallower cups than yours...
