How to repair IEM's?

I'm not making a tutorial here:D. I'm asking questions.
Brainwavz M2 ..first ever earphone i buy. All the others came with the phone.
Soo:
>Brainwavz M2 first IEM
>bought 3 months ago
>2 months use
>treat them nice
>throw lightly IEM's on my bed when come home from school.
>1 channel won't work
WTF!!!!!

Analysis:
Not device dependent.

Plug is OK.

These IEM's were low build quality from beginning=it started decomposing after 1 week:
-there are some ibuds like sticky plastic pieces to help u pick em easyer and help wire not break ...deglued after 1 week. No abuse.
-they don't sit perfectly all the time in ear. So i move and spin them till they get OK. No abuse=i'm not raping my ears.
yet they are made frome 2 pieces (actually 3) and these 2 are metalic side with speaker and plastic side to cover it. They were unscrewing in my ears by the spin i was givin them to make the sit right.(i don't spin them 1k degrees.10-30 degrees) WTF!

Tryed to mess with the wire where overused wires usually break>>no result. In my opinion it's not the wire.

Opened the headphone that doesn't work> 2 wires linked to the speaker. No probs.Did not test them to see if they get any ..amps. Will test later when family is not home. Can't tell my dad i just broke these nice IEM's that aren't that cheap for me. Gunna try to ressurect them first.

Does anyone have any nice ideas?

+if these are broken...what should i look for if i want some actually GOOD IEM's.

Brainwavz bought from ebay from respectable seller.Don't think they fake. Also sound was OK. Not very impressive though.Expected more.
Thank you in advance. And sorry for newb post. You just can't stop the noob avalanche. It's just how it is.

Has the warranty expired already? If it is expired, I would think it's probably not worth the money and time spent on getting it fixed. Try to get one with good build quality while not compromising the sound quality. when I started shopping for these toys one month ago, I kept that in my mind. For instance, TF10's is out of my list when I heard the cable issue. I knew the TF10's are highly rated but I didn't want to waste my time to deal with the cable issues even if they can be covered by warranty. Same thing to EX1000 when I heard about the paint issue, although in this case it won't affect sound quality.

I would try to skip buying from ebay unless you are 100% convinced the item is not a fake and covered by warranty. Buy from the authorized sellers and big boys like Amazon. You can always return the items if you don't like them.

I am not qualified to give you any advice on what to buy as I am a newb like you, but there are many experienced here at head-fi who can help you if you are specific with the following info ....

1. type of music you listen

2. your budget

3. sound isolation

4. the type of portable MP3 player

5. your preference of the sound signature

warranty form found. Not completed. No ideea bout vendor. :)) There was some guy at ebay who sold more kind of iems and headphones and had 100% good reviews. **** looked genuine, but it doesn't matter now since it doesn't work anymore.

So I guess any repair attempt is useless right?

I expected that :((. Other ppl usually buy another instead of repair.

Yeah sooo ..i really didn't expect this. Technology never died on me before twice the warranty period :((. I guess there's a beginnin for everything.

Back on topic: I guess my next iem's will be some high end's.Should have gone for that from the beginning.I just wanted to check what signature i like the most.I usually buy high end products because i kno i won't get ****ed up like this time. So yeah. Let's start brave budget 500$...it's gonna cost more than my phone that plays the music, maybe i can do this in a month or two.

It won't hurt to call the tech support of the manufacturer and explain to them what happened to your IEM's. They may well be able to fix them for you at no additional charge.
