Denon D-XXXX series Headphones.

Hey guys,

So I keep seeing used Denon D-XXXX series headphones on the used forums. I just wanted to inform anyone in the market for these headphones that I have found that Electronics Expo (USA only I believe) has these headphones (Open Box) with full warranty for the following prices:

D2000: $199.77  http://www.electronics-expo.com/denon-ahd2000-high-performance-over-ear-headphones-ob

D5000: $399.77  http://www.electronics-expo.com/denon-ah-d5000-reference-headphones-ob

D7000: $585.77  http://www.electronics-expo.com/denon-ah-d7000-headphones-ear-cup-soft-satin-piano-gloss-br-used-like-new

Like I said they are open box headphones, but these prices are cheaper than most of the used units I have seen for sale on here and they come with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Seems like a great deal to me, just passing along the information!

Thanks and have a good night.

Yea. I was surprised to see such a good price.

Unfortunately I just bought HD 650, XB700, Monster Turbine Pro Copper, or otherwise I'd be buying me a pair.

Yea, i got the HD 650s from a user roughly two weeks ago, currently Im waiting on a Schiit Bifrost DAC thats on BOrder. Otherwise, I find that these headphones aren't as good as I was hoping for. (Yes everyone laugh at me for saying that I don't think the HD 650s are that good).

Right now I use it with a Graham Slee Novo Amplifier direct from sound card.

I just bought the XB700 ($65) and Monster Turbine Pro Copper ($140) this week.

While Im waiting for the Bifrost I also purchased a Musiland O2 from another user on here as well on the cheap, figuring if anything it should be better than my on-board sound card on my rig.

Nice price for the D7000s.  Unfortunately, I just got an $1100 tax refund.  Decisions, decisions...I still have a tough time justifying spending that much on a pair of headphones.
