Just got the fiio e7 and 9. Need help setting it up.

I got the fiio e7 and 9. The e9 works great when when I connect it to my mac with two auxiliary cables, but when I dock the e7 and try and connect via USB the sound comes from my computer speakers and not my headphones. 

 

The e7 also doesn't work when I connect it via USB, my mac doesn't detect it at all.

 

Any suggestions?

You have to select the e7 I'm sounds on your computer. If it is not finding it though then idk

You have to tell your computer to output audio to USB, it's somewhere in the sound settings.
