Just a quick post to mention my experience with Radiopaq support.
I bought their custom tuned IEMs about a year ago (Radiopaq Classical, Jazz, Pop, and Rock).
The Pop had an issue with the jack connector and would play in mono intermittenly.
I contacted Radiopaq directly and they send me a new pair within two days.
The whole process was super simple, painless and extremely fast.
I thought it was worth mentioning in this day and age were some companies cheap out on support.
