Denon AH-D510, Opinions?

Hey guys, was looking at the AH-D510s on play.com which are currently a steal at £23.99 and was hoping for some input on whether they are a good buy. I'm currently looking at over-ear 'phones in the sub £40 range to replace my (badly) repaired HD202s. Would be looking for phones that don't leak too much sound and can be driven well from a laptop (amp possible if the price is right).
Can't find too many reviews for these so would be great to get your opinions, Cheers!

From what ive heard they are fairly bass heavy. an amp.. as with all headphones will benefit these but is not mandatory really. you can get some decent cheap ones (fiio are usually the go-to-guys for that)

generally for the price they are pleasant 'phones and for £24.. an absolute steal :D
