Thanks for the advice on ripping - and thanks for the link to Michele McLaughlin - new to me, I don't think she's well known here in the UK - definitely my cup of tea ...

I also got confirmation from iBasso of deposit received on 13th February but as yet no invoice for the balance of payment ...

Michele McLaughlin's "I love you" as played on all three of my favorite headphones (jecklinsmile.gif) in this video, is an amzing song. Every Head-Fi'er or can lover should be made to watch this video. I know I've watched this more than a dozen times now. ; ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n-_a6n0-ijw&feature=related

Pumba really outdid himself on this video.

iBasso, can't wait! Let me pay for it already! o2smile.gif We're looking forward to a new god to bow down to a great Dap. ;-)

Nice music, but wow, even high school physics experiments are done more carefully and scientifically than this comparison was.

If you are that interested in the DX100 and the Sabre 32 dac, you can read over 4500 post in the 2-3 existing threads.  There is really no need to start a new thread or post the same post in three different threads.

~Haha~ Maybe + an O2 on the end for HD 800, but other than that, set! evil_smiley.gif /Drool, I hope the Dac section is as good as they say! We'll know in a week or so.

The second one was a great improvement.

Or so they thought.

Only when Dan D'Agostino was still there.  That Krell was great then.  Fortunately, Dan is still doing his thing on his own -- without the meddling blue suit VC guys.

Why didn't you get onto the first batch?

Btw, the iBasso DX100 --> Coaxial --> RWA Isabellina HPA sounds like an excellent transportable solution!

As history has shown, with devices you don't always want the very first batch. and I didn't know about the DX100 then and didnt have the necessary funds on hand either

But what history has failed to teach us is that in the future (which is now) iBasso will be recalling the first batch and upgrade them for free! So, it is certainly not a bad thing to get onto the first batch! =)
