I have a 4th gen 64 g iPod touch on the way... So I can download the flacplayer app to it as...

I was considering changing my 7th gen iPod Classic HDD to an SSD but I can't seem to find enough confirmation of successful mods to support doing it. As a result I've decided to go another route and move to a Touch instead. I'm just not thrilled about using a DAP with a mechanical drive when it's no longer necessary to do so anymore. I'm not that concerned about losing storage space as I try not to use more than 40% of the space available when using a HDD player (lossless only). Compressed lossless will take some of the sting out of moving to 64g & will save me some work rebuilding my players playback library(actually I plan to keep a few interchangeable libraries on my PC anyway, but flac ability will make things easier). So, as I asked, will flacplayer work for the Touch? Thanks

You know what? Nevermind, I don't really care about using "compressed" lossless . (Do me a favor, & don't respond just to tell me how much space I will be wasting using "full" lossless. I don't really want your opinions on this. Comprende, amigos? For the non- bilingual Clear ? Thanks. Please don't waste my time. Did I miss any way to be any clearer than I have been? Alright, I'll leave now!) Thanks

Funny post. You sound at conflict within yourself. Enjoy anyway.

Yes, I do appear a little "Nutzoid" given my turnaround of what I was asking! I'm honestly not that conflicted, I just changed my mind, but I guess I let my fingers "fly" (well, not fly if you could see how I type) before they received the proper instructions from "Command Central" for "further action". I suppose a I had a "Senior Moment" or a "Lucy...You have some s'plainin to do".moment. Next time I'll use the edit icon & delete button on my keypad . Having said all that , I still don't need the flacplayer info. Thanks. ( It's a shame I've learned to embrace my "comedic" nature so late, so that I could have people laughing with me (for profit) instead of at me for...you get the message.(I hope) )
