I've been using a pair of Bose in ear headphones for the past couple of years, but they were stollen recently. I'm looking for a pair of $150-$300 in ear headphones and came around to the Shure 435se-v for $299. I'm wondering what the current take on them is? Are they soon to be outdated? Is there another model or brand that will give me better performance for the price? Thanks in advance for your help.

Bad time to buy Shure 425se?
Ok, I have to say I ponied up the money to but the 425s and can't be happier. Got them just a few hours ago and -- having never really been exposed to high quality audio before -- am pretty blown away. It's like discovering a sixth sense. I look forward to becoming more of an audiophile.
