The American Constitution's 1st Amendment Freedom of Speech protections (and as extended to state and local governments by the 14th Amendment) protect our otherwise lawful expressions from government interference; these protections do not apply to private interferences with our otherwise lawful expressions, such as by a mediator on a HeadFi forum.
