Broken Monster Copper Pro (HELP please)

Hello guys!

I have bought this pair about 15 days ago and today I just picked it up and it was BROKEN! I'm still shocked because I have not ever done anything wrong to it and I have kept it in its bag always!

The sound is still produced and I have no problem with the headphone. It's just the metal part that is split. Can I / Should I glue it myself? If yes with what type of glue?

I do not want to lose my one chance of using the warranty. Do you think it is urgent that I send it back?

Thank you all in advance.MONST-1.jpg

It's a known problem. The one time warranty only applies only if you did something to damage them but in this case it is a known defect. With defects that occur without you doing any obvious damage, the warranty replacement is unlimited.

Thank you for your response.

Do you mean that I should send it back to Monster?

If you have a receipt from an authorized dealer, send them back.

If not, some people have used crazy glue and fixed the problem themselves.

edit.
