Monster Turbines vs V Moda Vibe sheer bass output

Thread Starter

Now I am going to be transfering from my V Moda Vibes to Monster Turbines, and I've heard that the bass is good on the Turbines, but it is in Quantity, more than the Vibes, because I do expect that stepping up to a more expensive IEM. According to HeadPhoneInfo, in terms of DB, the Vibes have considerabally more bass up to 100hz than the Turbines, or almost any other IEM,

Here's the Turbines DB rating graph

And here is the V Moda Vibe Duo Bass readings

As you can see, the Vibes, are literally off the charts in terms of dB, but these are graphs, I want to know in real world scenario's if they are infact louder than the Turbines, especially in the sub-bass region, 30-60hz, because if they are, I'm going to sell the Turbines I'm about to get and just step up to Hippo VBs

No. The Duo's will have "more" bass.

The Turbines are much more accurate.
