i recently got a sony mdr-7506 with a paper sticked on the box like this:

"it says sound is not coming out from left channel due to the defective driver" ,also i don't have the earphone bag thing,i am afraid that it is a fake one,but the sound is not bad at all.It is a second hand earphone but the seller said he didn't use it a lot,and i've paid in about 86 USD for it. PLEASE HELP!!!! sorry for my bad english......

Did the advertisement or seller tell you if the left driver was busted? If not you just got burnt. You could try disputing the payment if you used paypal, or see if your credit card company will do a charge back.

A lot of the time it's the cable, not the driver that is broken, in which case you can fix it yourself. Have you tried the headphones yet?

Is it durable as a new original one?I am afraid of the building qulity....

If it's a refurb, you paid too much IMO.  I would return it and buy new for just a few dollars more.  Guitar Center was selling them for $99 new.
