Tubes glowing.

Is this normal?

 

Probably a dumb question, but I just noticed that the tube in my EF-5 is glowing orange/reddish.

Yes it is, no worries...

 

Not glowing tubes would be a problem.

Something normal on tube amps, usually when they get hot. 

 

When they are not glowing, thats something to be worried about.

Couldn't that be a redplating tube, though?  I know that's not normal and it's definitely not good.
