No need for special 64 driver in WinX64. Since it's a driverless DAC, it uses the stock windows driver.

I have a Mac with a 64-bit Windows 7 partition. I've had the MSII for about 5 months now and I've never had an issue with it while I used Windows. And if I recall correctly, it was just plug-and-play, in terms of drivers and whatnot. And it was just off of a USB 2.0 port. Sorry to hear you're having such issues, but I don't think it's an inherent incompatibility between the MSII and 64-bit Windows 7 confused_face%281%29.gif

I remember reading somewhere that certain computers have IDT Audio installed and that it causes problems with the DAC. Do you have that software installed, if so try uninstalling it.

I restarted my computer, and now the DAC keeps turn off and on every 1-2 seconds, over and over and the light keeps going on and off on MUTE.

EEPROM in your Music Streamer was probably corrupted, I had same issue. You have to send your streamer to HRT and they reprogram EEPROM for free. Try contact Kevin Halverson from HRT (kevin@hirestech.com). I hope this help.
