Hey Head-Fi. First time poster, so bear with me...
I'm looking for some nice, entry level portable headphones to use when walking to class, taking the bus, and just on the move in general. I'd like to limit my spending at around $100, but I would consider doing up to $120 if it would really be worth it. Aside from price restriction, I also want something light and comfortable. I own a pair of Shure 750DJ's, and while I love them, they aren't the comfiest thing in the world. As far as music preferences, go I predominately listen to hip-hop, electro, DnB, and rock. However, I tend to go all over the place. I've looked around a little, and I like the AKG k518 Le's. However, I'm concerned about comfort and about the bass, which some have claimed to be a little too much. However, I've also heard people say similar things about the 750DJ's, and I really don't have much of a reference point. I've also been looking at the Audio Technica ATH-SQ505's. However, they haven't gotten much attention on here, and it seems like they've got more than a couple mixed reviews. And, of course, suggestions are very welcome. Thanks!
