Suggestions for an amp that will work with my new Sony SCD-CE595

I just ordered the CD595 on Amazon to get a working cd player/sacd player. It only cost $80 so I figure I couldn't go to wrong.

Problem is the only other sound equipment I have right now is my new FA-002w.

If I'm correct in my logical guesswork (and maybe some research) I need an amp that has rca inputs in order to connect my CD595 to my 002w's. That is where I'm hoping to get some input.

Budget is probably < $200 if possible. I was thinking about the Matrix M-Stage (already out of my budget.. I use that word way too loosely). Would that work for this? Part of me wants to start down the tube amp road too..

I'd like to hear any other cheaper suggestions too! Especially if anyone has first hand experience with the CD595..

Anybody? I just want to know if the M-Stage will connect to ce595 and allow me to use my headphones... I'm not at all sure I'm looking for the right thing here..

For what it is, it's not a bad little amp in its price bracket.  Not the best, but certainly a competent little thing.
