Ok, so I have had my J3 for three days now, and the intro screen with the J3 will remain on the front screen and not go to the display screen. I have tried everything, reset it, and when I plug it into the computer....The j3 screen comes up, and just stays there and the computer won't recognize the player....Is it a dud, and should I just send it back...This is really annoying!
