UE TripleFi 10 Warranty

I own the UE TripleFi 10s and I was wondering how the warranty works in case I encounter any problems with it. I have heard that UE doesn't have any more TF10s, so they offer to replace it with lower models. Is this true?

My TF broke recently and the email from Logitech said they would send a new set once they had stock. I went another route, but they made it seem like I would be getting another TF10 if I ended up sending mine to them. The CSR also said I would get an email with info on when they might get stock in, but as of Sunday when I spoke with them I have not gotten any info from them.

Thanks for you reply, and that's good news that they intend to replace TF10s with new ones. Just out of curiosity, what other options did they offer? Did they offer a refund?

I didnt ask about a refund, I bought a new set off a member here. He is swapping mine for another pair he has, my set was sent back to Amazon for a refund. What I did like is Logitech asked me for a number on the 3.5mm plug to check the warranty. So even though I wasnt the one who bought them, they would still warranty them. The fact that they have no stock and cant say for sure when they would get them in made me contact the seller from here. I also read about someone here getting theirs replaced by Amazon quickly.
