Hi everyone,

 

I have been lurking this forum for a while and am looking to get the Mixamp 5.8.

 

Currently I have the TB x12 headset (gift from g/f for xmas).

 

I wanted to know, will this work?  I understand that yes, it will "work", but will I be able to get the full affect since the TB x12 is only amplified stereo? Will it really make any difference with this headset?

 

I really don't know much at all when it comes to audio stuff.  

 

 

I would like to get the Mixamp 5.8 and the PC360 headset, but I am not looking to spend that much right now. (Plus I just got the TB headset as a gift)

(EDIT: this will be for use with Xbox 360 and PC. PC uses onboard audio (would this also be something worth upgrading?)
