AKG K328 vs. K340?

Hey guys, I'm fairly new here. I noticed on AKG's website that the K328 and K340 are the same price; are they also similar in quality? If not, which one is better? I was also wondering if either is better than the Sennheiser CX300 MKii's, which I currently own (and am considering upgrading). Thanks!
