Jlab for burn in?

Is using jlabaudio.com varied frequencies recommended for burning in new IEM?

Technically speaking, to burn in any IEM, you really don't have to use any type of special file (freq sweeps, pink noise, white noise, etc).  I just play music to burn them in :p

In order to speed up the process, using something like jlab playing all night will not in any way damage the iem?

probably not man. just play music overnight or the jlab burn-in application
