Questions about burning in my yet to arrive HFi 580s

okay, so i am a total audiophile noob. I just became a member a week ago and back then the only audio companies i knew of were Beats, Bose , Klipsch and Sony(basically the stuff at best buy). After reading many threads and doing my research here on headfi i finally ordered the HFi 580s + the Fiio E11. They are set to be delivered tomorrow. i now have a question about burn in. I have read that all ultrasones need a burn in and their burn in period is around 100hrs. My question is how exactly do i do that. What sort of music should i be playing while burning them in? Also should i just directly connect the headphones into the source or use the AMP(Fiio e11) too. I have read on quite a few instances that some AMPs also become better burn in. Is that true for the E11? Also what volume should the headphones be on while the burn in

Burn-in is mainly a psychological thing. Just leave them on when you're listening to music, and your brain will adapt to it.

Basically, it doesn't matter what you listen to on them as long as you're hearing it and getting used to it.

I was under the impression that all ultrasones do indeed get better after burn in, Am i wrong?

Burn-in is still a pretty debated topic, there are those who believe it makes all the difference in the world and those who believe that it's completely irrelevant.

But most of the HFi 580 owners on Head-Fi have posted that the headphones do indeed get a lot better after around 100hrs of burn in. Most of the reviews on head-fi say the same thing

I believe that burn in is real.  I've played headphones straight out of the box.  Then, I take them off.  Run music through them for 24 hours straight.  The sound is different.  Anyway, to answer your question, you can do what I do.  I just plug them into a continuous source of music, like the radio, XM radio, the cable music channels on your cable box, or just infinitely loop a CD.

I just played music through at a slightly raised listening level on my DJ1s and HFI-780s and I noticed them opening up.
