is it possible to repair a koss ksc-75 / portapro driver?

i`ve got a silver koss ksc 75 driver that stopped working completely - no sound. any resoldering hasnt been successful.

 

so is there a way to bring it back to life or is it some kind of closed assembly?

Send them back to KOSS under the lifetime warranty. Don't mess with them. 

 

Not quite as fun as DIY, but a success rate approaching 100% is hard to argue with.

The driver and housing are all one piece, so you've got basically no chance of fixing it anyway.
