PC+DAC+AMP+HP setup

hey guys,

Currently i am using my PC with Asus Xonar D1 to Logitech Z2300 inbuilt amp to Sennheiser HD 280 Pro.

Im currently looking to spend a bit on a better setup.

What i had in mind was:

PC

To (via USB)

HRT MUSIC STREAMER II USB DAC $199

To (via RCA line out to RCA line in)

Matrix M: Stage $290

To (Via 3.5mm jack)

Beyerdynamic DT990 Edition 250ohm $299


Also:

Matrix M: Stage to (via RCA line out to 3.5mm female jack) Logitech Z2300

Can anyone see any audio quality issues with this setup? Total is $800 AUD

250ohm or 600ohm running off the M Stage?

That looks like a decent set up to me. I also have an HRT Music Streamer II and thoroughly enjoy it.

Does anyone know how this amp compares to the M Stage?
