Answering to myself here:
1. Connected via USB one can't adjust volume from windows but only from DAC itself :(
2. No sound comes out when connected to AVRs optical out to DACs optical in with toslink
3. Sound stops going to AVR after one powers on the DAC and it's connected with USB/optical (and I assume coaxial too)
Hia, I'm an audio newbie, please bare with me here.
Got these Ultrasone HFI-2400 and have to say I love 'em now. Just got hungry while eating and thinking to get better DAC/amp for these and cans to come. That Zero I hear is very good for it's price and as my budget being 0€ so it'll probably do just fine.
Atm I have this Denon AVR of mine connected to my PCs integrated sound card via toslink. Should I connect the Zero with USB, toslink, coaxial or how? And how easy it is to change from speakers (connected to Denon) to headphones if I use USB or so? Or should/can I connect that Zero to the Denon with toslink?
As you probably can see, do need help :]
