the first time i ordered from UM, they kept my earmolds and said i can use the same ones when i order from them next time.
i want to order new IEM but i afraid teh earmolds might have shrunk. after doing some research i found out that JH audio has a digital imprint of the earmolds so customers don't have to worry about it shrinking. my question is does UM just keep using the earmolds when i order from them again or did they already create a digital imprint too or some other technique to make sure the earmolds don't shrink when it is re-used for future IEM?
