I don't know if I am the only one on the planet with the Samsung Galaxy S wifi 3.6 but I sent Samsung an email concerning the volume problem I have been having with my Samsung Galaxy S wifi 3.6. I got a reply from them telling me to connect to Kies and update to the latest firmware to sort the problem. However I have sent my SGS wifi 3.6 back to my local electrical store awaiting a replacement. My question is has there been a new firmware update in the past week for the SGS wifi 3.6? As about a week ago the firmware on the SGS was up to date according to the Kies software.
To be honest I am not at all happy with Samsung's customer service and their products :(
