It is still the same company. This is where you know a company is in need of a new marketing team.

They have two new versions, or at least new model numbers:  PCS-150 and PCS-250

I would like to read what people think about them because the idea sounds great to me, just can't seem to find any reviews about the older models or the new ones.

I think they're the in-line mic versions of the PCS-100/200... anyways, yes, they do look fascinating, but they do seem to be suffering from poor marketing, as they had to relaunch the technology with a new brand IP, so unless they get their marketing and distribution straightened out, I fear we might not see too many of them in the near future.
