Help me classify this song's genre

Hi!! Can you please help me identify the genre that this person is playing in the video below??  I am asking this here since this is an audiophile forum and I assume many people here has listened to different variety of music genres. Thanks.

J-Pop. I assume you know it is from the second season of the Anime series called Working!!

^ Yes I know its an Anime OP but what genre is it??? It's definitely not J-pop especially in the beginning. It sounds more like some kind of funky music from the 60 or 70s, but does anyone know specifically what genre this type of music is called???

It's sounds like a Broadway showtune.
