Best IEM's for under $40

Hi, I'm new. I need a new pair of IEM's, after I lost my Sennheiser CX250's, this is the only pair of IEM's I've bought and am wondering what IEM's should I buy now.  I've already looked at the big guide thingy, but I wanted some opinions on what I should and it didn't mention any etymotic IEM and was wondering about them. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi. What do you expect from your IEM's? Do you have any preferences for build, sound, comfort, isolation, and microphonics? What music genres do you listen to? Was there anything that you found lacking in the CX250's?

I don't know what to expect to be honest, my preferences are 1. sound 2. build 3. isolation 4. comfort 5. microphonics I listen to metalcore, electronica, and acoustic.  I didn't find anything really lacking the CX250's but nothing that wowed me either.

More of a neutral sound, I don't like too much bass.

I guess some will tell you to stretch your budget a bit and get the Meelectronics A151, while others will tell you to get the Soundmagic E30 or Meelectronics CX21 or CW31. The JVC HAFXC80 is interesting if you are into classical music.

ECCI PR300 are at 40.99$ on ebay, SoundMagic E10 and DUNU Trident are good choices too.
