op-amp holder for soldering

I'm looking to solder 3 LME49990 SOICs to a DIP-8 adapter.

I already have the soldering gun station.

What do you guys use the hold the SOIC op-amp to the DIP-8 adapter while soldering them?

Magnifier station?

I show how to do it in Tangent Tutorial 3.

I don't find it necessary to use magnification for this. I suppose if you're the sort that needs reading glasses, those would work fine for this, too.

A good pair of tweezers is nice to have.
