Collapsible Headphone with a Detachable cable for Commuting?

I'm looking for a new pair of headphones that will fit my college needs.  I ride my bike and take the bus to school, so I would like for the headphones to be collapsible.  They can be circumaural (I'm sure that's the correct term) as long as they are somewhat portable..  I would also like a detachable cable!  Does anyone know of any headphones that fit these two needs? Thanks!

Also, I listen to a large genre of music including classical, hip-hop, and rock and I'll be using an iPod mostly for traveling..

Why do you need a removable cable? Senn PX100 are a great fokdable can with a nice hard plastic case. Can be had for around $50 and I still grab these often for quick listening. Hope this helps.

I'd like a detachable cable just for convenience's sake... Also, I would like the ability to replace a 20 dollar cable rather than a 200 dollar headphone xD

Shure 440s are a big no no for portable. Transportable sure, but wearing them on a bike they would fall as the way the headband and clamping features work they aren't very strong.

As for narrowing down your options, what kind of music do you listen to? And have you considered in-ears? When on the go I always go for in-ears for convenience sake.

1 more thing have you taken a look at joker's two comparison threads?

Two great threads for newbies.

I have tried in-ears, but there is something about the evolutionary response of not wanting things stuck an inch into my ear that prevents me from keeping them for more than a few weeks...

Not to mention they're always uncomfortable because I can feel them (even with Comply's foam tips which kept falling out of my ears..)

I listen to all kinds of music from rock to soundtracks to hip-hop such as:

My ears are whores...

I've found, after a while of looking that Pioneer made a new headphone.. the SE-MJ591.  Has everything I was looking for.  Detachable cable.  Collapsible.  Portable.  Not to mention stylish, too.  Any experiences with them?  I've checked Headfi.. Seems there aren't any reviews, yet.

Edit:  After more research, I found the ATH-PRO700MK2 and Sennheiser 380 Pro.
