<300$ DAC/AMP: "Yulong U100" vs "Matrix mini-i" vs others

Hey.

I'm looking to buy DAC/AMP for under 300$.

Currently it will be used with Audio-Technica ATH-M50 (and Audio Engine A2). Later on I plan to add mid-price Sennheiser/AKG(and better powered speakers though it shouldn't change much).

After some research it came down mainly to "Yulong U100" and "Matrix mini-i". There was many more recommendations but these seems like the best <300$.

The Yulong is ~100$ cheaper, the Matrix has "XLR balanced"(and some more) inputs which might come handy later on but are not a must for me.

The Yulong does not have switch between headphones/speakers so i'm not sure how I handle it when both connected(if someone know, please let me know).

If we'r talking only about the amp and the DAC quality, which one is a better?

Which one is better value for money?

If you listened to both and want to recommend other DAC/AMP at this price range, it also might be helpful.

Thanks.

Any chance that anyone has opinion about it?
